Spain is the winner

So Spain won the Euro Finals by 1-0. Didnt go to work today as well, coz i stayed up to watch. And i was too tired to go to work and also got a headache due to lack of sleep i suppose.

Also decided to give the NBS FOC a miss. Shall just go for my hall orientation. Hope i don't regret my decision. Been thinking hard the past few days just for one FOC, so hard to make a decision. Anyway my decision's final!!

And congrats Sam on passing your driving =)

Euro08 Finals

Its the Euro08 Finals between Germany and Spain and its now half time so i am here to blog.

Its the first time i am watching a big soccer match at home. Thanks Farhan for telling me i can get the finals live on the Starhub Preview Channel!

Its Spain 1 Germany 0 at half time. Goal from Torres and the 2 captains were given yellow card at the same time!

weekly update

Seems like i am gonna blog once a week. No motivation to blog on weekdays, anyway there is nothing really much to blog on weekdays.

Firstly, gonna upload one pic from the bbq as i promised i will upload but still i am too lazy.

Had lots of problem with the ntu uploading of picture thing and it got me totally pissed. It took me so much time just to upload one picture there coz error keeps coming out. The people at ntu were not much of a help also when i called them to ask. Finally got all the pending admin stuff done on tue i tink.

Didnt go work on wednesday. Went down to Mediacorp to collect my prize from the 'U are the one' finals contest. Second time i went there in like 3 months? The place is seriously inaccessible if u do not have a vehicle.

Tada, a limited edition camera, but it seriously look like a toy. Not planning to use it though




After mediacorp was down to ntu to help my sister move her stuff back from hall. I didnt realise she has so much stuff until everything tries to fit into the car. I wonder if i will have so much stuff. Speaking of hall, Eric gonna be my rommie. I hope i get hall 3 or 16 coz there's aircon!!

Nothing much going on during the weekend as well. Back to work tmr. Its also confirmed, i will leave on 18 july. Wanted to leave earlier, but cant. So that will mean i most likely cant go for the NBS orientation. And Eric also gonna come over to Tampines tmr!! Till then, bye

lots to say

Hey all!! Havent been blogging for some time!

Nothing much really going on from tuesday to thursday! We had a BBQ organised by our temp staff on friday at Pasir Ris Park. BBQ was okay, had lots of photos taken, but i tink could have been more fun with maybe more activities planned!! Shall upload pics when i get them. Friday was also my first time i stepped into the new eHub at Downtown East coz I parked dere. The bowling alley looks nice, shall go dere one day to bowl.

And Saturday was my brother's birthday! Not much celebrations because he had his own activities planned out already. Nevertheless, Happy 19th Birthday bro!

Today is Father's Day. Just want to dedicate this paragraph to my daddy! Happy Father's Day Dad! You are the best daddy ever! Love ya always!!

Today is the grand finals of 'U are the one'. So being highly addicted to such variety programmes, it was definitely a no miss for me! Germaine won the female champion! yay! She should have won the overall champion as well la! The guy is so dam dao okay. Many may think he is dam cool, but to me its just pure arrogance! Germaine is a so much better choice =)

And I also receive my NTU letter that i was waiting so eagerly for. But it also means that lots of admin stuff to do. Actually not much of a problem with the admin, just that i am too lazy to get down to doing it. I have also planned to make 18 July my last day at work! Oh yea and i forgot to mention, Eric also joined CPF, but not the same place as me =(

Oh well, nothing much lined up for next week, but i sure do hope some interesting events pop up! See ya ppl!!

day out with sister

Yesterday was day out with my sister. And we were off to watch 'Sex and the City' at GV Grand. Got the free tix from some shopping spree some weeks ago. Apparently, when given the tix, was told was some cocktail party, but it was just free popcorn n drinks, but there was a goodie bag as well.

Back to the show, it was great i must say. It was the first chick flick that i watched. Sex aside, the plot was relatively good and definitely didnt make the 2 hours plus a drag. Highly recommended!!

After the show, went around to shop a little before heading home. Set my sight on alot of items, but havent bought them. And i am in love with the Zara perfume in the purple bottle!!

The Great World City area has changed so much over just a short period of time. What is saddening is that Kim Seng Plaza which houses the bowling alley where many fond memories of my life is torn down to make way for high end condos. We used to train at the bowling alley there during National Youth days, last minute coaching by my personal coach just before A Divs. Speaking of my coach, I also dunnoe where he has shifted, cox he used to open his shop at the bowling alley dere too till it was torn down. Too bad didnt get to visit the bowling alley dere for the last time.

Actually wanted to rant on my blog today, but decided not to, coz i shan't let a stupid idiot spoil my evening. All i want to say is this stupid idiot should go eat s**t.

Just found out that my 2 favourite childhood gameshows are back on tv. They are 'Price is Right' and 'Wheel of fortune'. Oh man its so cool. Been a long long time since they showed this 2 shows.

first day of june

So fast tada is the first day of june! 5 months of 08 seem to just whiz by!! Oh well, june has quite a few stuff going on. First up, some party at the screening of sex and the city, bro's birthday and father's day and many more i guess.

Got back my phone today! yay so happy, felt so lost without it coz most of my stuff is stored in that phone. Luckily most of my stuff are still intact cept the calendar stuff went missing in transition. Gone were the days whereby servicing a phone means parting with everything inside.

Today is Shun Quan's birthday as well. So HAPPY 21st BIRTHDAY shun quan!

And the title for today's post is dumb as well.
