Today was check in day to my new hall, which will be my home on weekdays at least for one year! The room is fine i guess, thought that it will be some run down place but the furniture looks new to me! And we got a private room with only one neighbour and we are also right at the top of the clocktower at the 7th floor, which means tedious climbing everytime i get back to room.

I will also get to go for the foc finally as i didnt receive like any calls but still allowed to join!

Went down for bowling on Tuesday with ben at the new e!hub bowling alley now renamed Orchid Bowl. The lanes are like heavenly so nice and good and their computer system is the first i have seen. There are like themes for you to choose and you can even input your gender! Somehow i think that it is more for families to hangout then for some serious bowling! My standard has also dropped like alot. =(

Anyway, my blog will only be updated once a week now till i get my own laptop to bring to uni!

the end

Hi all! Friday marked the end of my contract at CPF. Well, my feelings on leaving are - I am glad that i can finally leave as I got rather bored of my job as time goes along, but I will definitely miss all my wonderful fellow colleagues! One other thing i discovered is that I cant speak chinese properly!

Also got a chance to work at the service centre downstairs last Sat! Oh well, it was definitely more fun than upstairs! Its like you can walk around instead of sitting the whole day. Most of the peeps at the service centre are nice as well! Glad that I had the chance to try customer service frontline! =)

Hall results are out as well! I am in Hall 12. Anyone in the same hall as me? Found out that all my friends are scattered all over NTU. Checked out my hall today as well after sending my bro back to camp and my sis to some orientation thing.

Anyway, its just like one week to orientation and 2 weeks to the official start of school on 4 aug! But i don't seem to be ready at all! I was like so looking forward to school like a few months back, but as it nears, the feeling sort of dies down!

Wrapup

havent been blogging for a while now! guess its due to the much unhappening life i am leading currently. Maybe there will be more to blog when i start sch!

Speaking of start of sch, which happens in less than a mth, i am hardly ready for it i guess! As in the stuff for hall and all dat!

Work today was not that great as well. I felt sick to the stomach just by looking at figures appearing on my computer screen!

Now as for the other happenings i the past week. Currently addicted to the Facebook bowling game! My top score 267 just created! Come beat me yea? And also i took a sudden liking to washing the car, it just gives a certain sense of accomplishment, or maybe showing off to neighbours as if i own the car myself?

So its down to just 9 more days to end of work! Its single digit at last! Maybe i am happy because i have grown sick of the mundane nature of the job! But i will sure miss the colleagues there!
