First of all a shoutout to my bro.

Happy Birthday Alvin!!

and so we went to celebrate my bro's birthday and advance father's day celebration as well. went to this park royal hotel i tink. cant rem the name already. i seem to forget things very quickly nowadays. the food was great and i ate till i almost puked. ahh. and i tink i just wasted all my training i did for the whole of last week. and sry no pictures for today, too busy eating.

went rt this morning, which is so crap. just some briefing and introduction. just as i was motivated to go for it and it turned out to be such a bummer.

happy that i managed to train the whole week. yay motivation again. know where motivation come from? haha dont tell you.
