went rt today. and i am proud to say i am beginning to fall in love with running. run run all the fats away. and theres like no rt next tuesday. so thats 1 training down. yes man!!

oh wells, i changed the colour of my tagboard to something more vibrant looking since its summer? wanted to change my blogskin to something brighter too, but lazy me will take ages to find a nice one. if its not nice i rather retain the current one!
